General Questions
How long does shipping take?
All of our merch is processed within 24 hours of your order. Because of our wide selection, every item is made to order. Once you place an order, production begins at our warehouse before it’s packaged and shipped. This process usually takes 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. Customers outside the U.S. (for example, EU) may see a longer window. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship from?
Most orders ship from our overseas fulfillment warehouse. If your order includes an item we stock regularly, it will ship from our U.S. warehouse.
Can I return my order?
We typically don’t accept returns, but if you’re unhappy with your order, email us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also look it up with our order tracker in the menu.
Pit Pass Membership
What is the Pit Pass?
Pit Pass is our membership that gives you 2 free tees each month, 30% off the storefront, entries into giveaways and raffles, access to tees we don’t sell publicly, and more. Try the 25-day free trial.
When do I get access to my member perks?
You can access perks now, but full access to everything (like free tees) begins after your 25-day trial ends.
What comes with my membership?
Each month you’ll get a link to claim any 2 tees for free and take 30% off everything on site. You also get members-only designs, raffles and giveaways, early access to drops, and more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. You can email us to cancel, or use your confirmation number from the Pit Pass welcome email in our portal here: Membership Portal.
Do I keep my perks if I cancel?
Perks remain until the end of your current billing cycle. If you are on the trial, perks end immediately when you cancel.
Can I restart my membership later?
Yes. If a monthly drop has passed, you’ll start with the next available drop when you resubscribe.
Can I change my shipping address or shirt size?
Yes. Log into your customer account and update details before your original order date so changes apply to the next shipment.
