Yes. Tell us within 30 days and we’ll refund you, and you don’t need to ship anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method.

No, we don’t run exchanges. If something isn’t right we refund you and you’re free to order the size or piece you wanted.

A membership that unlocks member pricing across the whole store straight away. Each month your card is charged $59.95, and that charge becomes a member credit you can spend on any single item up to $100.00 retail — it isn’t a payment for a specific item.

On the 6th of each month, unless you skip. There’s no charge on the day you join beyond the order you place.

Log in between the 1st and the 5th and choose Skip the Month in your account. You can skip as many months as you like, and you keep member pricing while you do.

Nothing is lost. The $59.95 becomes a member credit you can spend on any single item up to $100.00 retail, and credits last 12 months.

Any credits you’ve already been charged for stay yours until they expire, 12 months from when they were issued.
