Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Where We Ship From

Most orders ship from our overseas fulfillment warehouse. Items we stock regularly may ship from our U.S. warehouse. 

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $4.99 Expedited Shipping: $8.99 Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 7–14 business days after processing International: 16–24 business days after processing

Total order-to-delivery time is typically 2–3 weeks for domestic orders.

International Orders

Reality Racing is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to become active.

Delays or Lost Packages

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control such as customs processing, weather, or postal disruptions. If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hi@realityracing.co.
