Membership, in plain terms
Members pay member prices on everything and earn a store credit every month. No fine print games, here's exactly how it works.
How it works
When you join, you unlock member pricing across the whole store immediately. Your membership is US$59.95 per month, and each charge becomes a store credit you can spend on any one item, it is not a purchase of the item you joined with.
The monthly credit
- You're charged US$59.95 on the 6th of each month.
- That charge becomes a credit good for any single item in the store at guest pricing. Nothing we sell currently exceeds the US$100.00 per-credit cap; if an item ever does, you simply pay the difference.
- Credits expire 12 months after they're issued.
Skipping a month
Not shopping this month? Skip it and you aren't charged. The skip window is the 1st to the 5th of each month, skip from your account in a couple of clicks and no credit is taken.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime, online, from your account, the same few clicks it took to join. No phone call, no email, no retention hoops. Any credits you've already been charged for stay yours until they expire.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over US$70.00. Below that, a flat standard rate applies at checkout.
