Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Member") and Reality Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at realityracing.co. By enrolling in the Pit Pass Rewards membership program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

This Agreement governs your ongoing relationship with the Pit Pass program, including your trial period, recurring billing, benefit access, and cancellation rights. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

When you enroll in Pit Pass, you will receive a 25-day introductory trial period. During this period, you will have full access to all Pit Pass membership benefits at no charge, unless a nominal enrollment fee is specified at the time of sign-up.

At the conclusion of the 25-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly membership and your payment method on file will be charged $49.99 per month, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Your subscription renews automatically on the same calendar date each month following the end of your trial. Membership remains active until you cancel.

By enrolling, you authorize Reality Enterprises LLC to charge your payment method on file $49.99 per month, beginning after your 25-day trial period ends. Charges will recur automatically each month until your membership is cancelled.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current. If a charge is declined, we may retry the payment and your access to benefits may be suspended until the balance is resolved.

Active Pit Pass members receive the following benefits each month, subject to availability and program terms:

• 2 Free Premium Tees per month — Members may claim two (2) complimentary apparel items per billing cycle from the monthly Reality Racing drop. Unclaimed shirts do not roll over to the next month.
• VIP Store Access & 30% Discount — Members receive exclusive access to the Reality Racing VIP store with 30% off all products, including limited drops not available to the public.
• Monthly Giveaway Entries — Members are automatically entered into monthly giveaways featuring F1 memorabilia, motorsport gear, and other prizes. Additional entries may be earned through the member portal.
• Weekly Dashboard Spin — Members receive one (1) weekly spin on the member portal dashboard for a chance to win store credit, bonus giveaway entries, or surprise rewards.
• Partner & Affiliate Discounts — Exclusive discount codes from Reality Racing's brand partners across automotive, lifestyle, and motorsport categories.
• Member Portal Access — Full access to the Pit Pass member portal at member.realityracing.co to manage benefits, track savings, and update subscription preferences.

Benefits are available to active, paid members in good standing. Trial members have full access during the 25-day period. Reality Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify, add, or remove specific benefits with reasonable notice to members.

You may cancel your Pit Pass membership at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee or penalty. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to membership benefits through that date.

How to cancel:

• Online: Log in to your member portal at member.realityracing.co, navigate to "Membership" in the sidebar, and select "Cancel Membership."
• Email: Send a cancellation request to hi@realityracing.co from the email address associated with your account.
• Phone: Call (855) 580-0663, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of a written cancellation request, please contact us to confirm. We are not responsible for charges incurred if a cancellation request was not received or confirmed.

Reality Enterprises LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pit Pass membership charges. If you are unsatisfied with your membership for any reason, contact us within 30 days of a charge for a full refund of that billing cycle.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days of the applicable charge are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Complimentary apparel items already claimed or physical goods already shipped during a refunded membership period are not required to be returned.

To access your Pit Pass benefits, you must maintain an account at member.realityracing.co. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and are intended for individual use only. Accounts found to be shared or abused may be suspended or terminated without refund.

Reality Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement, subscription pricing, or the Pit Pass program benefits at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email at least 15 days in advance.

If we increase the monthly subscription price, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel before the new rate takes effect. Continued use of the membership after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

In the event that the Pit Pass program is discontinued, active members will be notified at least 30 days in advance and any prepaid charges for periods beyond the termination date will be refunded.
