01What you are agreeing to

These terms govern the Reality VIP membership, operated by Reality Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”). By joining, you agree to them.

Reality VIP is a monthly membership that renews automatically. There is no trial period and no enrolment fee. Your card is charged $59.95 when you join, and $59.95 on the 6th of each month after that, until you cancel.

This is a recurring charge. It continues every month until you cancel or skip. You can do both yourself, online, at any time.
02What you get
  • Member pricing on everything. Members pay member prices across the whole store, for as long as the membership is active.
  • One store credit each month. Each credit covers any single item up to $100 retail. Credits are issued when you are billed.
  • Credits expire 12 months after they are issued. Unused credits do not have cash value and are not refundable.
  • Early access to new releases and to member-exclusive stock that is not sold publicly.

Benefits are available to active members in good standing. If a payment fails, benefits may pause until the balance is resolved.

03Skipping a month

You can skip any month. Log in to your account between the 1st and the 5th of that month and choose to skip.

A month you skip is not charged and does not issue a credit. There is no limit on how many months you can skip, and skipping does not cancel your membership — billing resumes the following month unless you skip again.

Skipping is self-serve and takes effect immediately. If you miss the window, that month is billed on the 6th as normal.
04Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee.

  • Online: sign in to your account and cancel from the membership page.
  • Phone: call (855) 580-0663, Monday to Saturday, 8am – 5pm PST.
  • Email: hi@realityracing.co from the address on your account.

Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund charges already made, and unused credits are lost at cancellation. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

05Refunds

If something is not right, tell us within 30 days and we will refund you. Refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

There is nothing to send back. We do not ask you to return items for a refund.

06Changes to the programme

We may change these terms, the price, or the benefits. Material changes are communicated to members by email at least 15 days in advance, and you can cancel before a new rate takes effect.

If Reality VIP is discontinued, active members are given at least 30 days notice and any amount paid for a period beyond the end date is refunded.

These terms cover Reality VIP only. If you joined the earlier Pit Pass Rewards programme, your agreement is the Pit Pass Subscription Agreement.
